Study On Casual Family Farm Construction In The Background Of Rural Tourism In Hangzhou Area

In the context of rural tourism,family farms begin to be recreational,however,the family farms themselves are facing various operating problems.They need to find a suitable model for being a recreational family farm.Therefore,this paper takes Hangzhou named as the city of leisure as study area,analyzes the construction mode and operation of the leisure family farms within the city of Hangzhou,and then,after studying on some good cases in other provinces,summarizes several modes which are suitable for the geographical and cultural conditions of Hangzhou.After studying the concepts of "rural tourism","leisure farm" and "family farm",this paper defines the concept,basic characteristics of leisure family farm,and the research objects and research scope;and then summarizes the domestic and foreign leisure family farms' development,analyzes the formation reasons and development of leisure family farms in Hangzhou.Based on the field survey of19 leisure family farms in Hangzhou,this paper makes a statistical analysis from three aspects —— the sample,the construction elements and the present situation,and summarizes the status quo,finds out that there are some problems in the sustainable management of leisure family farms.Based on the current problems and the initial model of leisure family farms in Hangzhou,this paper,through investigation and literature search,searches for classic cases to investigate and summarizes four modes——the theme leisure park,ecological agriculture experience garden,agriculture education garden and ecological agricultural estate.And combining with analysis of the corresponding pattern description,suitable group and classic case this paper explores the future development direction of leisure family farms in Hangzhou.
