Abstract/Summary:
The integrated transmission lubrication and cooling system is the key to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the vehicle under different driving conditions.The precise supply of lubrication and cooling flow of transmission components is an effective guarantee for prolonging the life of the vehicle and reducing the power loss of the entire vehicle.This paper uses the one-dimensional system modeling method to model the complex pipelines in the lubrication system of the transmission device,and then optimizes the flow rate of each outlet of the lubrication system to achieve its required flow value.The distribution of oil during bearing rotation is of great significance for evaluating the lubrication effect of components.The CFD numerical simulation method is used to simulate the distribution of lubricant during bearing operation.The work of this article is mainly divided into the following contents:First,a one-dimensional system modeling of the oil pipeline of the integrated transmission lubrication system is carried out.Since the entire flow lubrication system is very complicated,the modeling problem for the entire integrated transmission lubrication system is simplified to the gearbox part.Select appropriate simulation components to accurately build the lubrication system to ensure the reliability of the simulation results.Then use the built comprehensive transmission lubrication system model to accurately distribute the lubrication flow and build an optimization model for the precise distribution of lubricating fluid flow.The main component in the gearbox is the pipeline,and the main parameters that affect the flow and pressure are the pipe length and pipe diameter.By simulating a single pipe pipeline,the sensitivity of pipe length and pipe diameter to pipeline flow is evaluated.And select genetic algorithm,sequential quadratic programming method,response surface method and hybrid optimization method to optimize the flow rate of the lubrication system,evaluate the effects of different optimization algorithms,and select the most suitable optimization algorithm.Finally,considering that the bearing is one of the important components of the transmission mechanism,the distribution of lubricating oil in the bearing cavity is studied when the bearing is running,and the influence of the bearing speed on the oil distribution in the cavity is observed.The CFD numerical simulation method is used to construct The bearing cavity simulation model uses the volume of fluid function(VOF)model to perform simulation calculations,evaluate the bearing lubrication after system flow optimization...
