In recent years,the call of energy saving,China's wind power industry to flourish,the rapid rise in installed capacity.However,the contradiction between large-scale and centralized wind power development and relatively lagging power grid construction has become increasingly prominent.The problem of wind power development and consumption has been highlighted,and the phenomenon of abandonment of wind in the "Three North" regions is very serious.On the basis of further analysis of the causes of wind power limitation and the characteristics of China's power system,this paper puts forward the scheme of heat storage in the thermal power plant under the demand response strategy to effectively solve the winter wind power consumption problem in the north,So as to actively promote the healthy and sustainable development of wind power in China.This paper first describes the important role and significance of peak-valley TOU price as an important means of demand-side management to promote wind power consumption.Based on the study of the implementation mechanism of peak and valley time-of-use(TOU)pricing mechanism,the power generation side,power grid side and user side interests are taken into account and the interests of the user side are not damaged as constraints.,And the multi-objective optimization model with optimal gains on the generating side.The numerical example shows that the model can not only improve the wind power consumption level of the system,but also realize the profit of the three sides.In the case of peak-valley TOU price,the wind power consumption problem is still serious,and under the guidance of peak-valley time-of-use(TOU)price,the CHP heat storage is controlled and decoupled.Heat set rigid constraints,to enhance the capacity of the system peaking.The optimization model of the electro-thermal optimal operation with demand response and heat storage is constructed by taking the minimum coal consumption as the optimization target.The simulation results show that the time-of-use electricity price and the heat storage device are different from each other in the traditional methods(no time-sharing price,no heat storage device),time-of-use electricity price,heat storage device,time-Under the combined optimization,the effect of wind energy dissipation is the best and the coal consumption is the least,which provides a feasible solution for solving the problem of wind power abandonment in our country,and has certain guiding significance for practical application and theory.
