Engine is a core component of automobile,each of the parts design,the manufacture technology is very important to product quality.On the development of engine crankshaft that using the finite element analysis technique.Focusing on the three dimensional structure of the crankshaft design,For the analysis of the stress changes in the process of crankshaft in high-speed operation.To carry out the engine crank rod system dynamics modeling.By using simulation software AMESim,established the fuel model,Engine parameter model,the crank connecting rod mechanism model,valve train model,air intake system model,exhaust gas recirculationmodel,turbocharged model.In order to simulate actual operation condition of the cylinder pressure and engine torque,using the simulate results,load transient force loading of the crank pin according to the engine cylinder work order by using the finite element software ADINA.Analysis the simulate results that the crankshaft stress and strain within the scope of the design allows.Under the maximum speed of engine allows it running well.And the crankshaft optimization work carried out which based on single turn crank,the maximum stress was reduced,it help the engine comprehensive performance improving.Through calculating crankshaft modal,to avoid the resonance frequency of the crankshaft,studying the dynamic characteristic of the crankshaft structure that guide the processing process equipment selection,equipment to control the vibration of the machining process,to avoid the excessive vibration of machining process and the machining process feed is too big,due to the crankshaft machining precision is low.To shorten the engine research and development cycle,using synchronous engineering technology.Each engine system and mechanism started to design,meanwhile the process design,the crankshaft fixture and parts assembly process design have begun to design.Compared with the traditional design method,from the design,processing components for trial production,optimization design,manufacture,significantly shorten the development cycle,reduce the unnecessary trial production mold development costs,is conducive to the quality of the products rapidly rising steadily.So,in the design of the crankshaft manufacturing process,according to the technical requirements comprehensive select the type of blank,by consulting reference books,manuals,charts,standards and other technical data,determined the process,the key working procedure,quality control points,and the size of the dimension and tolerance,ultimately,ultimately process card,turning,grinding fixture has been designed.Crankshaft engineering drawing design is complete,the crankshaft sample trial must strictly carry out the process file,to examine critical dimensions connecting rod journal,main journal,crank pin rounded corners.Qualified crankshaft to carry out the bench test validation,According to the QC/T 637-2000 "automobile engine crankshaft bending fatigue test method",calculate the nominal bending moment,fatigue strength limit,safety coefficient of crankshaft,the experimental results showed that the crankshaft strength reached the design requirements.According to the GB/T 19055-2003 automobile engine reliability test method which completed 1000 hours mixed load test and 300 hours hot and cold impact test on the engine test bench.It proved that comprehensive reliability of the engine cooling system,the valve train,the crank-rod mechanism and the like.And it turned out that the correctness of the design parameters and the manufacturing process.
