| At present,our country construction industry widely used castinsite concrete technique,in this way,the utilization rate of resources is low,the amount of waste is large and the pollution is serious.To ensure the development of the construction industry continued stable and green road,promoting structural reforms of sidesupply is imperative,central and local governments promote the development of the prefabricated construction,in order to achieve the transformation of the production mode and the elimination of outmoded production capacity.Total prefabricated construction is difficult to promote because of the high cost,so the precast construction of the exterior wall is the most direct way to improve the assembly rate without affecting the current castinsite concrete technique.Owing to the mature castinsite system,PC exterior wall with safety,durability,utility is undoubtedly the best choice.But the current national assembly specification only exists in the theory of design level,standard collective drawings has not formed a theoretical system,it can be said that the lack of connection technology has become an important factor restricting the development of prefabricated wall.Based on the practical construction,this article creatively presents a new type of doublerib angle semirigid sliding energy dissipation joint for PC exterior wall.Through the study of a large number of references,this article proves the feasibility of the mechanism of sliding energy dissipation by bolt connection.The PC exterior wall and main structure are connected by a semirigid sliding joint,when the structure system is under smaller horizontal earthquake,the main structure of wall as a whole level of resistance,can effectively improve the lateral bearing capacity and lateral rigidity,but also improve the seismic performance of the structure;when the structural system is under larger horizontal earthquake,the main structure of wall can achieve the purpose of energy dissipateon by means of the friction sliding mechanism of the joint,so as to avoid the premature destruction of the main structure or component.In this article,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the static response of a single bolt under the pre tightening force,in order to analysis of the stress and strain of the structure or component,discussing the rationality of the bolt force in the semirigid sliding energy dissipation joint.The ANSYS finite element software is used to simulate nonlinearly three kinds of rigid joints of PC exterior with steel frame system under lowfrequency cyclic loading.Firstly,the article analyzes the stress development of PC steel frame and its components,summarizing the rules of stress development.Then,the stress development and plastic yield of three kinds of rigid joints are observed.Comparing rigid connection,semirigid connection and semirigid sliding connection,stress distribution,bearing capacity,skeleton curves and hysteretic curve are analyzed through the data processing.It is proved that the structure of semirigid friction sliding connection has good energy dissipation capacity and ductility,providing a theoretical basis for the study of the sliding energy dissipation of the joint under the earthquake. |
