| At present,most of the large liquid storage structures are reinforced concrete structures,which are mainly used in sewage treatment plants,water supply plants and industrial projects.At present,most of the calculation theory about the structure of the pool is concerned with the structural strength.For the non structural failure types,such as cracks,it is simple to use structural measures to control.Prestress is the best way to solve the problem of the pool crack,but it is limited to the construction conditions,most of the domestic water tank structure is the use of ordinary reinforced concrete structure.The pool crack control is the key to the design and construction of the pool,so the problem of the pool structure crack should be studied as a system problem.In a large basin structure,the appearance of cracks by the load factor and non load factors,the relevant literature shows that about 80% of the cracks are non load factors,so the non crack problem of load factors should cause the attention of the engineering personnel.In this paper,the main factors of large reinforced concrete pool wall of non load factors of crack analysis.The concrete material composition of concrete cracking and crack development,crack healing principle to do a comprehensive analysis,lists the domestic and foreign research on cracks of reinforced concrete structure,the reinforced concrete crack research extended to cracks in reinforced concrete water tank structure problems.The theoretical calculation of reinforced concrete pool cracks comprehensive at home and widely used,to construct a set of non crack load factors of reinforced concrete pool based on the calculation method,and according to this method developed a large reinforced concrete structure crack non load factors analysis program for reference use.Through the finite element analysis software MIDAS on the tank wall under non load are calculated and analyzed by simulation,analysis results show that when the non load factors of improper control,the pool wall will produce greater than the tensile strength of concrete tensile stress in concrete cracks.Therefore,in practical engineering,measures should be taken in the design stage,construction stage and maintenance stage to reduce the influence of non load factors on the structure of the pool. |
