Temperature crack problem of mass concrete has been concerned by engineers for a longtime,and is considered as one of the important issues in concrete engineering.In this paper,the existing literature is deeply analyzed.Based on the theoretical research,the mechanism and control method of temperature crack in mass concrete are deeply discussed,and relevant practical engineering verification is carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on a comprehensive analysis of previous work,the classification of temperature cracks in mass concrete and the causes and influencing factors of temperature cracks are discussed.The necessity and feasibility of mass concrete temperature crack control are comprehensively demonstrated,and the measures to control the temperature crack of mass concrete in three stages are put forward,which are starting from material control,optimizing design method and strictly controlling construction technology.(2)The mechanism of temperature crack in mass concrete is analyzed comprehensively,and the key factors of crack control of mass concrete are discussed.In the study of mass concrete temperature stress and deformation constraints on the stress analysis of the large volume concrete model with finite element software,temperature distribution,temperature stress and concrete structure crack mechanism of mass concrete are analyzed.(3)The early crack control of the concrete construction of the rectangular groove of steep slope in East Heishan mountain is taken as the research object.Through the study of the development process of cracks,the causes of cracks are calculated,and the effective control method is proposed according to the characteristics of the project,and the ideal effect has been achieved.
