| In the lab, the simulator for multi-beam sonar signal can provide echosounder signal from the sea floor, without the real underwater environment. So this device can make the sonar’s testing more convenient. Under the background of multi-beam sonar, the thesis has designed a simulator which can provide a varity of echosounder signals.In the first part of the thesis, based on the flat sea floor, I build a simple model of multi-beam echosounder signal, reflecting form the sea floor. Then I make a introduce and analysis of the two order Delta-Sigma modulation, and prove that when the code signal go through the filter,I can obtain a analog signal at a high signal noise ratio.In the second part of the thesis, to satisfy the demand of the plan, I make a design for the simulator’s hardware platform. By the design plan, the model’s depth, covering be changed with the demand, same as the output signals’ frequency and pulse width. The most channels of output signals can reach 128. The whole hardware platform can be devided by several parts, they are the power part, DSP part, FPGA part and multichannel filters part. By using the software Altium Designer, I has finished the schematic diagram, and the PCB. At last, I has done the welding of the PCB.In the last part of the thesis, I has debugged all parts of the hardware paltform. The basic fucntion of the signal simulator can be realized. The wanted output analog signal can be obtained. |
