Safety parameters are of great significance to PWR nuclear power plant in both operation surveillance and emergency management. In this thesis, the Daya Bay Nuclear Safety Measurement System was researched and analyzed. This thesis considered several safety signals of nuclear power plant: nuclear signal, thermal signal and vibration signal. In this thesis, there are four intelligent filtering methods on this three parameters including the trapezoidal filter algorithm for the nuclear signal, the self-adaption filtering algorithm and the wavelet transform algorithm for the stage signal of pressurizer and Butterworth filter for the vibration signal of reactor internals.By applying LabVIEW, a data processing platform system was developed for the subject.The process of designing and developing a virtual filter for noising by LabVIEW is introduced in this thesis. A virtual noised signal simulating the real is generated in LabVIEW environment as well as a generator of noised signal. Then eliminate the noise of the three signal mentioned above by using the intelligent filtering method. The signal filtered is denoted in the form of array, and its wave in time domain is displayed in logical form. Due to the system is still on the developing stage, as well as lack of relevant hardware to test, it cannot be connected with the real unit, therefore the thesis uses the simulation tools of NI-DAQmx and code design, by analyzing the relevant parameters' properties and variation rules of real system, analog the measurement data of relevant system.System test results show that the design of intelligent filtering system can simulate nuclear parameters,thermal parameters and vibration parameters well when the reactor steady state. It can also process and record the data, and achieve the basic functions of intelligent filtering system which can alert and offer direct and correct parameters to operators. The simulation results illustrate that the self-adaption filters designed have distinctive advantages,such as effectiveness, better stability, faster computing, simple programming, and fabulous human-machine interface, which is convenient for engineers to develop program efficiently and of good value for the application of modern digital signal processing. This paper also provides that we can use LabVIEW to study the properties of relevant monitoring systems and do technical research on data display.
