Project Progress Plan And Control Research Of F University Dormitory

Project planning&controlling are the two important stages in the project management.Project planning&controlling are the foundation of the carrying out of the project smoothly,are the warranty for realizing the expectation.So,making the project planning&controlling is the central task in the project management.At present,the traditional experience is still used in some construction enterprises,lacking new theory and new technology.The result usually is delaying the schedule or adding construction cost for time,this is disadvantageous the enterprise's progress.This paper puts some new theories into construction practice by making the planning&controlling in F university dormitory,not only warranting the project carrying out smoothly but also carrying project management for the enterprise.Above all the author introduces the general conditions about the F university dormitory to definite the requirement.Combining with the project the author introduces the project planning&controlling about the F university dormitory by WBS(Work Breakdown Structure),mainly including project overview,work breakdown structures,project schedule and schedule of concrete preparation,draw the network diagram,analyze the factors of affect the progress of the,have made a plan to meet the time limit for a project requirements of network planning,the project organization setup and function Settings made arrangements and schedule control system,in the time limit for a project requirements changes,the project progress plan to do the adjustment and optimization.The author uses dynamic control method to the progress of the monitoring and analysis,in order to control the progress.Finally based on the problems in the project schedule management the author draws up the guarantee measures.Hope this article can provide certain reference value for similar projects.
