Research On Automobile Electronic Water Pump Test-bed

Automobile electronic water pump(AEWP)test-bed can carry on the various testing to the AEWP,so the research of the test-bed design and application of AEWP play a vital role,not only for conducting a single test of automotive electronic pump(AEP),but also meeting the requirement of different test projects.At the same time,the test platform must have high measuring precision to get the reliable test data and determine whether the AEWP can satisfy the demands of new energy automotive engine cooling.However,the current AEP comprehensive test-bed equipment still exist many problems,such as the test-bed automation is not high,the test project is single and so on,deserving further research.Therefore,studying a new type of multi-functional comprehensive experimental platform is necessary.This is meaningful to promote the development of domestic automobile engine and auto parts.Aiming at the problems existing in the test-bed,this paper studied the AEWP test-bed.The main research content is showing as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the function of test bench structure principle and related equipment,designs the structure of the test-bed,and discusses the test system hardware and software.(2)The main sensors are selected,based on the existing measuring methods,principle and main parameters of automobile electronic pump measurement analysis.(3)Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument platform,this paper studies a complete set of testing system,to control the various working conditions of test-bed and measure the automobile electronic pump main parameter.Based on LabVIEW test data processing of the practical need of the system,the paper discusses the LabVIEW database access interactive technology.On the basis of LabSQL kit,the database technology combined with LabVIEW platform,which to solve the faced problem of large-scale test data management.(4)Through the analysis of main error forms and sources of the test-bed,this article puts forward the use of Bart Watts low-pass filter to remove high order harmonic to improve waveform,and applies the least squares curve fitting method to eliminate the error brought by the data acquisition.This paper built a complete set of AEP test platform,completed several tests,and solved the current testing difficult problems of AEP.These play a significant role in AEP for the future development.
