Research On The Application Value Of BIM In A Commercial Complex Project

BIM(Building Information Modeling),as the core technology,supports the industrial upgrading in construction industry.Since 2011,Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Department of China has been regarded it as a key technology to develop.In recent years,China's engineering construction in the field of BIM technology has been rapidly developed,caused the transformation of the construction industry,and achieved stage results.By using the BIM technology in the traditional design mode,which can effectively improve the design quality and efficiency;in the construction of the secondary deepening design,no maps and three-dimensional guidance on-site construction,to control the quality of construction,improve construction efficiency;In the application of BIM technology during the process of operation and maintenance can improve the quality of the building's life cycle,and enhance the capabilities of BIM operation and maintenance management.Also,BIM technology is helpful to impel project delivery more quickly,better and economically.However,there are problems about BIM technology,for instance,in the process of application and promotion in the commercial complex project,and the value evaluation after application is imperfect.According to the actual situation of BIM technology application in a commercial complex project,this thesis researched the value of BIM technology after application.The main works are as follows:(1)Based on the application of BIM technology in the process of project preliminary design consultation,combined with the relevant statistical data and relevant expert opinions in recent years,researched the application obstacles of BIM technology in the process of project preliminary design consultation,and proposed the corresponding measures to effectively improve the application value of BIM technology.(2)Analyzed the application process of BIM technology in project construction,relevant BIM solutions were given according to the problems encountered in the project implementation process,realized the application value;(3)According to the application situation of this project in the design consultation and construction,the BIM application value evaluation system is established by using the analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modelis constructed,and makes the scientific evaluation and analysis of the application value of BIM.Value-analyzing of BIM technology application can be used to reference in the similar projects,and promote BIM technology to a more deeper and wider application in the field of AEC(architecture,engineering and construction).It can be concluded:(1)Utilizing BIM technology in the project,the effect of organization and management target,product target and strategic target meet the prospective results.(2)The objectives are improvable,especially the organization and management.(3)Strategic objectives in the whole project implementation of the project had been improved significantly,and it is helpful to promote BIM application.
