Based On The "Internet Plus" Intelligent Selling System Key Technology Research

With the rapid development of science and technology and society,the traditional way of dining is also changing fast,network ordering has become a fashion,at the same time,a variety of automatic vending machine for beverage and food packaging sales continue to emerge,greatly facilitate and satisfy people's daily needs.Inspired by this,based on "to facilitate the purchase of meals,meal fast and improve the dining selling health and safety considerations," Internet plus "intelligent vending system project came into being.The project uses the Internet of things technology to build an intelligent network selling system with server as the center.Through mobile phones,servers,human-computer interface,PLC and mechanical implementation of the establishment of the hardware platform,the development of APP,human-computer interface,operating software and PLC control software,to achieve the dishes network and on-site sales.The project research mainly includes the following items:1,using SolidWorks three-dimensional design software to build three-dimensional model of the mechanical actuator of the vending machine.According to the sale of dishes containing artificial action,developed anthropomorphic robotic and lifting mechanism;according to the weight and health food demand,invented the smart sale window with basin detection,weighing and window sealing function.The operating parameters of the actuator drive system are set up and the physical prototype is tested and optimized to achieve the sustainable sale of the dishes.2,use the touch screen as the host computer and PLC as lower machine to complete the sale of actuator control system,touch screen interface design and programming of I/O distribution,drawing the electrical principle diagram,electrical wiring diagram and electrical layout,preparation of actuator control procedures,to achieve automatic control of mechanical actuator.3,based on the Android system for APP client software development,dining personnel can make reservations through the APP.You can also pick up meals,pick up meals or enter order numbers on the touch screen for meals.4.According to the analysis and research of the bionic manipulator motion in the intelligent vending system,the vibration signals in the mechanical operation are extracted and analyzed,and the suppression method is put forward.Through the performance test of the physical prototype,the intelligent meal vending system can achieve the intended function,and can carry out the sale of the dishes continuously.The research has achieved the desired results.
