With the rapid economic development, the car has become an essential means ofdaily transport to people’s lives and it has brought great convenience, but also a lot oftraffic problems continue to emerge, so it forces people to adopt new technology to solvethe road problems of transport, so intelligent transportation have come into being, andbecome an important future of transport system development. As a basis of intelligenttransportation, vehicle networking technology in recent years has been developed rapidly,many people are beginning to discover its potential. Vehicle networking technology willbecome automotive development in another direction, in the not too distant future, it maybring a new change in the automotive industry. From that point, this paper presents anintelligent transportation system based on Internet of vehicles technology, through thevehicle information platform of intelligent transportation systems designed to operate andmanage the vehicles.Vehicle networking technology is the basis for achieving intelligent transportation.The development of Radio frequency identification technology, gps positioningtechnology, sensor technology and sensor information fusion technology is security ofintelligent transportation system and the intelligent transportation system strive for cardrivers, managers, and government to provide a range of intelligent, scalable, integratedservice platform. Fully extend the service to the car every aspect of life, from the user’spoint of view, all for the sake of users and service users.Vehicle information serviceplatform is the subsystems of intelligent transportation system, through the alarmmanagement, vehicle control, basic information management, system management, andseveral other modules of the design allows the users to browse through the platformvehicle information, learn vehicle alarm in real time, to achieve the management andmonitoring of vehicles.Currently, the system has been tested delivered good results. System is practical andeasy to use.
