| With the rapid development of economy,as a systematic power source,diesel engine has been increasingly used in various industries,especially in recent years,railway systems develop in high speed,and as the core component of the entire railway system,high performance and operating mode of diesel engine is required,especially if there is a failure,monitoring of diesel engine and other aspects would be put on much emphasis.After the maintenance of diesel set of railway diesel multiple unit,it is necessary to carry out the constant power load test on the diesel engine to check the performance of each component of the diesel engine,which also is the key to ensuring the reliable operation of the diesel locomotive and speeding up the road network.Therefore this thesis conducts the research and introduction on the whole test system of diesel engine generator set of internal combustion EMU.This thesis is based on the diesel engine load field test.According to the actual requirements of enterprises and the site,the entire load test system,including the test platform and test system,is built in the field test platform.This thesis elaborates the working principle of the diesel generator set and the theory and necessity of the whole load test system.Besides,based on the actual need,the suitable testing plan is put forward as enterprise required.According to parameters of diesel engine,the hardware selection of testing system and the building of whole hardware platform are completed.By the design and test,dry-type loadresearch has been achieved,which plays an important role in whole test.In the end,the whole software testing system conducts the systematic plan and design.This thesis presents the whole load test system,and each part of the test platform is elaborated in this thesis.The control circuit of the whole system is designedin the control system,and the start-stop control of the diesel engine is realized by the external control circuit of the diesel engine.In addition,the dry load test cabinet is presented in detail,and in order to adjust the dry load of the diesel engine continuously,an in-depth study is conducted.Finally,this thesis elaborates the software control system,the application layer design of CAN bus,and the subsequent analysis and protection of software to ensurethatthe whole software system can run reliably.At the end of this thesis,the whole system was evaluated by introducing the steps of the test and analyzing the pilot project. |
