In recent years, as a new-type arch bridge, concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge has been devleoping rapidly in our country. As a self-erecting Bridge, The erection of CFST arch bridge is a complex process and the structural system is changing in the process.In this thesis, we take the The Xiazhongba-Jialing River Bridge in Nanchong city of Sichuan province as an example. Based on the construction process,we anslyse several key problems with the influence of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge erected. The following points are the main contents of the research done in this thesis:1.This thesis discuss the development course of the CFST arch bridge and the mechanical characteristics, introduce the construction method and construction control for CFST arch bridge and introduce the main points of chromatography simulation.2.This thesis discuss the reason of seting the processing length size about the steel tube concrete arch rib, and compared with several method of the arch settings of camber. Combined with the example of the bridge, introduced this bridge processing length Settings.3.By the computer simulation technique analysis of the segmental construction of CFST arch bridge, through the analysis of several buckle cable force drawing and calculation method, analysis theory is introduced to arch rib section of hoisting cable force buckle calculation, conduct construction process of cable force the buckle optimized solution, and calculated the pre lifting height in a tone of the type of the various buckle point, the calculated can ensure that the structure of the stress state and deformation always in a safe range, and then take the calculated cable force and the pre lifting height as this bridge of system construction control data, compared with the method of the construction of every stage of the measured elevation control and the elevation of the theory.The result shows that the method is feasible and also avoid tedious adjusting the cable force.4.This psper conduct the arch rib concrete pouring process simulation analysis. through the numerical results of analysis, this paper summarizes the law in the perfusion process of the steel pipe stress and concrete stress, and the displacement changed.the calculation result show that the arch rib deformation and stress have meet the requirements, and verifies the feasibility of pouring way, and contrast with the measured data. The results prove that the experimental data and the theoretical data are identical. That can provide theoretical support for construction monitoring...
