Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the acceleration of the process of our social industrialization and the rapid development of science and technology,the large and complex project is rapidly increased,the scale of project construction is becoming larger and larger,the technical difficulty is increasing,the form of structure is complicated and diversified.The traditional mode of the construction industry has been far from being able to adapt to the needs of modern industrial production,then faced with the change of the transformation and upgrading.Therefore,a new concept of technology,a new method-BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology came into being.Based on the study of the domestic and foreign related documents,this paper analyzes the theory of BIM technology and related software in detail,expounds the application value of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the construction project,and constructs the application framework of life cycle based on BIM technology form the data,model and function of the application of the three module direction.Based on BIM technology in bridge information integration platform,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in the bridge design and construction of two different stages of the functional modules.Taking Jialing River bridge as the engineering example,The main study contents are as follows.(1)This paper studies the modeling method of bridge structure based on Autodesk Revit.Through the Autodesk Revit software platform,this paper studies the establishment method of the member family library and the effect cooperative design,and creates the core BIM model of variable cross section continuous beam bridge,Hanging basket cantilever construction sub-model,etc.(2)In the period of design,based on the Revit software platform,this paper digitally integrate the engineering information of 3D visualization model.such as the automatic calculation of the engineering quantity,the automatic output of the two-dimensional drawing and the collision check of the component space position.(3)In the construction stage,the 3D solid model created by Autodesk Revit software is introduced into Navisworks software,combining with the progress management software project,the 3D solid model is associated with the construction progress information,and the 4D construction schedule of the bridge is created.The construction process and key construction process of the bridge are simulated and optimized.At the same time,using the 4D model of construction schedule,to track and analyze of the construction progress,to achieve progress 4D fine management based on BIM technology,to achieve the construction process of construction project effective analysis and control,and to help to improve the efficiency of construction schedule management.
