The Applied Research Of BIM Technology In The Architectural Design

Since the end of the “12th five-year” plan,the development trend of construction information rapidly,with the gradually increasing development of information technology and globalization of internet,with BIM technology(Building Information Modeling)as the core of digital integration has been widely promoted.Within the traditional architectural design process,the Cooperative between different parties is so bad,the collaborative work platform for all the parties involved in the project is so poor.,so we need to use BIM technology to create a comprehensive database for architectural design,service for all the parties involved,manage the whole life cycle of building.Besides,with the development trend of construction,type and number of pipeline of all the parties within the complex buildings are increasing.The pipeline of all the parties layout in a limited space of the building,with the omissions and mistakes by all the parties designers,impact of pipelines of all the parties,between architecture and structure.However,we can use the digital information integration of BIM technology to show all the information of the construction clearly,and to support architecture design,construction,operation,management,process and methods of the whole life cycle of buildings.This text will be based on BIM technology of architectural design and research,summarizes the problem of the architectural design and solve it.The visibility,Cooperative,optimization,simulation of BIM technology make up its failings.And then expatiates and proposes characteristics and application of BIM technology.Point at using 2D design software is hardly to find impact of pipelines of all the parties between architecture and structure,so we need to use 3D design software of the Autodesk Revit and combine Navisworks to solve the problem of BIM information modeling.BIM technology can solve a lot of problems of the whole life cycle of buildings.Only one point used with BIM technology,its difficult to reflect the value of it,only integrate all the specialties,parties and stages involved in the project to play its really value,so its have a great advantages of BIM technology is used in architecture design.
