Factory Is an effective carrier of industrial upgrading development,Workshop construction project development and implementation is a complex,innovation,one-time process.Which Involved in all kinds of relationships with complex variables,at the meantime,There are numerous uncertainty factors in this process.Through some methods,identifying,analyzing,avoiding the possible risk factors in the process of project construction,and putting forward the reasonable risk management measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project is of great significance.In this paper,first of all,Combing indications related concepts of project risk management theory and current research achievements in this field at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of extensive reading research at home and abroad.At the same time,this paper expounds the risk identification and risk evaluation methods.Which is laying a theoretical foundation for the later construction project risk assessments and management strategies.Secondly,making the QJ motorcycle factory construction project as the object of this research.Combining with the characteristics of the factory construction projects and the current situation by using expert scoring.And preliminary identifying and summarizing the project risks of the project.economic risk,market risk,policy risk,natural risk,management risk and related main risk six categories.Project risks involved including economic risk,market risk,policy risk,natural risk,management risk and risk related subject-a total of six categories,involved 20 secondary subdivision index.Initially forming a relatively complete risk index system.Thirdly,the principal component analysis(PCA)is adopted to build the index system of screening,removing parts of interconnected and repeated assessment indicators,finally confirming as 13 indexes of index system.Then applying Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to screening the indicators of the standard and analyzing the QJ motorcycle factory construction project risk evaluation.And according to the result of the various indicators of weight calculation,determining the high risk of QJ motorcycle factory construction project.Finally,according to the result of the risk assessment and combining with the practical situation of the project.We make corresponding strategies for risk controing.
