The Research Of Sustainable Architectural Design Progress Based On BIM Technology

Sustainable Design emphasizes the sustainability of ecology,economy and social culture,but also includes the sustainability of time dimension.Compared with the concept of Green Design,Sustainable Architectural Design is more in line with the theme of Sustainable Development.The characteristics of BIM technology are high integration of information,multi-professional cooperation,which is consistent with resource conservation and efficient utilization of Sustainable Design.BIM technology is proved to be the effective way to improve the sustainability of architectural design and construction.In times of the information sustainability,this paper analyzes how to improve the information sustainability in the whole life cycle of the project.Compared with the CAD technology and BIM technology characteristics and effect of the combination of design and sustainable construction from the integration,continuity and interoperability of information respectively.Based on the analysis of observation and questionnaire,this paper summarizes the problems in the teaching of digital technology and sustainable design in Colleges of Jiangxi province.In this paper,taking the residential area planning and its results as the research object,exploring the project text production based on Revit.Analyzing the characteristics of residential district planning design,combined with the characteristics of Revit,based on the secondary development of Revit and visual programming Dynamo,optimize the general plan of the construction drawing and the index operation.This paper develops the "Drain Note" plug-in to solve the problem of automatic annotation of drainage,tagging the slope and length of drainage automatically.With the Dynamo package,designers can generate and update the technical index automatically.In application of an actual project,this technique is proved to be feasible and practical.It provides a new idea for BIM construction drawing and a new way to reduce the repetitive work in the design process further.
