Electric energy data acquire system is the important foundation of “SG186” information system engineering construction,which provide import ant data support to implement marketing modernization for the power grid enterprise.It is the important part of the strong smart grid.Smart meter and acquire device are promoted and applicated on a large-scale,and the testing task is very heavy.In order to further improve the testing efficiency and reliability of the smart meter and electric energy data acquisition terminal,to enhance detect ability and service level,to ensure the quality of the smart meter and acquisition terminal,we need to research and develop automatic verification pipeline of electric energy metering device,and ensure the reliable operation.It can offer stable technical support for a surge of construction and reliable operation of the electric energy data acquire system.China has reached to the international level in the pipeline technical research,but we still rely on the previous test equipment and test software in the verification of reliability and accuracy.There are many inconveniences in testing the automatic verification pipeline with the old test equipment and testing software for the verification device designed for the "meter calibrator".At present,there is no test equipment and test software for the automatic verification pipeline design at home and abroad.In view of the present practical application of the automatic verification pipeline of smart meter and acquire terminal,it studied the calibration technology of automatic verification pipeline according to the system specification,put forward the design scheme of the calibration device,developed the standard equipment for calibrating error and pressure,designed the matching table error uniformity standard equipment and fault simulator,and developed automatic test software used in the test system.The analysis model for calibration data was set up.The analytic process of uncertainty in measurement for auto-measuring result based on GUM algorithm was specified.The results and tests show the power parameter of automatic verification pipeline can be accurately checked by the calibration system,and consistency of multi-leaving can be ensured.The calibration system is suitable to evaluate the reliability and veracity for the set of automatic verification pipeline.Thus it provides technical support for the propel of the electric energy data acquire system and construction of the strong smart grid.
