At present,wind power has attracted more and more attention of the countries around the world,with the operation of the wind turbine unit year by year,the unit have gradually entered the high stage of accident.Fault diagnosis of wind turbine generators can effectively reduce the occurrence of major accidents,at the same time,it can also provide enough time needed for maintenance personnel arrange the operation of backup devices.Moreover,real-time monitoring of wind turbine operation status and abnormal state can reduce the operation cost,ensure safe,and be more efficient.Therefore,the system monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbine has become an important research direction in wind power development.Based on the analysis of the data recorded in the SCADA system,this paper evaluates the overall operation status of the wind turbine,and analyzes the fault location of the turbine generator and the gear box.The main contents are as follows:(1)The working principle and structure of the wind turbine are introduced.According to the operating characteristics of the wind turbine,the failure mechanism of the wind turbine is summed up,and the commonly used methods of fault location and fault diagnosis are summarized.The method of fault diagnosis for different signal sources is proposed,and then the method of fault diagnosis and condition monitoring used in this paper is selected.(2)Using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,select the operation data of a time unit from the SCADA system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established for the wind turbine,according to the model,the running state of the unit is divided.When the unit work in the "poor" state,it indicate that the unit operation has been a problem,and the wind turbine need to be checked immediately,that will avoid serious fault.(3)In the case of wind turbine failure,it is necessary to diagnose the faults of each subsystem of the generating unit.The method used in this paper is the method of nonlinear state assessment.The generator and gearbox of the unit are modeled,The simulation results show that the nonlinear state estimation method is feasible for fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of generator and gearbox,and provides a new idea for fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of wind turbine.(4)The failure of the subsystem of the wind turbine will have certain influence on the unit.In this paper,by analyzing the influence of the generator and the gear box on the output power of the unit,the whole fault of the wind turbine is explained.The influence of the generator on the generator set is greater than that of the gear box,which provides the order help for the wind turbine fault elimination.
