Based on actual regional power grid,this paper excavated power grid data of production management system in distribution,power grid dispatching automation system and power user information collection system;build a distribution planning model using information technology,CIM model was used to construct distribution network topology,realized automatic diagnostic analysis of distribution grid,analyzed the problem of grid long supply radius,too small diameter and irrational contact,formed data analysis library,planning library and repository library,as a unit with the line and a node with substation and distribution transformer;merged power grid large data with GIS systems,build "large data power map",showed weak link of local power grid and devices,provided direct evidence for the distribution network planning;established a distribution network planning platform which is a closed loop process for planning,reserve,design,evaluation and assessment.This paper has carried on the beneficial exploration in constructing the topology of distribution network,automatic diagnostic analysis of distribution grid,integration of power data and GIS system,establishment of planning model,establishment of load forecasting model and optimization of planning algorithm.It reflects the company strategy,planning principles,problems for the guidance of the planning work,and realized intelligent distribution network planning based on the large data of electric power.
