In recent years,the power quality of the distribution network has received extensive attention,but the number of power quality monitoring is limited due to investment and other factors,and it is difficult to obtain the level of partial power quality.At the same time,with the construction of smart grid,the power information system has realized "full coverage,full collection,and full charge control".It can obtain a large amount of basic electricity information data.In this paper,the application research on the data of low-voltage power information system is carried out.Firstly,a data pre-processing flow and method using the data of power information system is proposed.In the first place,the characteristics of the data of power information system are analyzed after collecting the data.Then the pretreatment method of power information system data is determined,and the determination method and processing method of duplicate,missing and abnormal data is given.Secondly,a method for analyzing power quality by using the data of power information system is proposed.Based on the comparison of the type of data between power information system and power quality monitoring system,the retrievable power quality indices are obtained.The process of analyzing the power quality is given.the statistical calculation of power quality index values is realized using the processed data,such as voltage qualification rate,reliability on service in total,rate of three-phase voltage unbalance factor,average interruption hours of customer and average temporary interruption times of customer.the confidence of power quality analysis results of power information system and power quality monitoring system is analyzed.Taking the data data of low-voltage power information system in an area as an example,the feasibility of the method is verified.The method can be used as a supplement to power quality monitoring.Finally,the power quality characteristics of the data of power information system are analyzed.On the one hand,a method for power quality analysis using electricity data collection data combined with load curve clustering is proposed.The analysis steps are given.Taking the data collection data of low voltage power information system in an area as an example,the power quality characteristics of different users in the area are analyzed after clustering the load curves.This method can simplify power quality management and improve work efficiency.On the other hand,a method to analyze the characteristics of power quality indicators with time using the data of power information system is proposed.Taking the data of power information system in an area as an example,the characteristics of the power quality indexs with time are analyzed.This method can refine the power quality management of the distribution network.
