This paper takes 300 MWwet heating unit comprehensive upgrade the high back pressure of heating system as the research object,a detailed demonstrated the purpose and the high back pressure heating transformation principle,transformation,and the specific content of the heating effect of the revamp,and on this basis,respectively,the unit before and after the transformation of the thermal performance test and economic analysis,in order to meet the requirements of the power plant energy conservation and emissions reduction.The high back pressure of heating system comprehensive upgrade mainly adopts double back pressure double rotor swaps,high back pressure heating technology,practice proved that the high back pressure units run stand-alone heating capacity is far greater than extraction steam heating,heating ability promotion achieved satisfactory effect.The high back pressure before and after the transformation of the thermal performance test results show that the high back pressure heating reform steam turbine in different electrical load,the power supply coal consumption rate is lower than the national standard requirements,superior economic indicators,the desired goal.Economical index of the calculation results show that 300 mw wet heating unit after transforming of energy conservation and emissions reduction effect is obvious,the high back pressure of heating system for the similar unit comprehensive upgrade has a certain reference significance.
