Enhances day by day along with our country environment quality of sulphur dioxide emission standard is strict.Thermal power plant emissions targets has become a binding index of thermal power enterprise development,the active power does not meet the requirements of the modification of the desulfurization equipment,become the main task of the thermal power enterprises at present.This paper is to a power plant no.4 boiler desulfurization system as the research object,the research and application of comprehensive modification were carried out,includes data collection and sorting,the problems existing in the desulfurization unit,the retrofit scheme is proposed and demonstrated in absorption tower,research upgrade construction method and key points,main performance test,etc.Flue gas is put forward and the absorber system transformation strategy,adopts "single spray air tower + partition controller + double porous distributor" of this technology,mainly including absorption tower capacity of ascension,the removal of the existing flue and a new flue installation,system installation,create a new jet slurry circulating pump installation,the installation of new accident slurry tank and the desulfurization upgrading the other subsystem.Desulfurization system performance testing and benefit after transformation,the desulfurization efficiency is above 99.2%,dust concentration of outlet of the desulfurization was less than 5mg/Nm3,chimney SO2 emission concentration is lower than 15 mg/Nm3.Desulfurization system after transformation equipment operation is stable,SO2 and carbon has reached the design performance guarantee.After modification,pass the test,achieve the goal,the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization system.
