Abstract/Summary:
The desulfurization system with flue gas desulfurization bypass is adopted widely in power plant desulphurization system.With the constant improvement of the environmental protection request,cancelling the flue gas desulfurization bypass became a trend.More and more power plants begin to do research on cancelling the flue gas desulfurization bypass,and even begin to cancel the flue gas desulfurization bypass.From the reality of 600 MW Subcritical unit in Ninghai Power Plant,This paper introduces the status and problems of the boiler with flue gas desulfurization bypass,and analyzes various problems without desulfurization bypass.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boil and the desulfurization system after cancelling the flue gas desulfurization bypass,Ninghai Power Plant transforms and upgrades related equipments specifically.And this paper introduces the transformation and upgrading of related equipments in detail.Then we have carried out a series of experiments specifically in order to ensure the safe safe and stable operation of the equipments,systems and boil.From these experiments,we verify the reliability of these equipments and acquire the adjustment methods to ensure the safe of the boil and the desulfurization system.Combined with the problems in the actual operation,we put forward the corresponding solutions.Through summarizing the experimental results and the adjustment methods,we obtain the operation-control strategy to ensure the safe operation during starting and stopping of the unit.Finally,we check out the modification effect by comparing the SO2 emission before and afer cancelling flue gas desulfurization bypass.
