One of the three major equipment in the power plant,Turbine generators have many faults that affect the normal operation of generating units.Vibration failure is one of many faults,As the vibration of the unit is often affected by many aspects,any one of the equipment or media will produce vibration in the unit,Such as steam parameters,hydrophobic,oil temperature,oil quality and so on,.Therefore,how to analysis of the reasons for the vibration of the steam turbine is particularly important,In order to correctly handle.Structural resonance,loosening of mechanical components and rotor quality imbalance have been troubled by Dai Hai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to: Dai Hai Power Plant)on the unit vibration of several important reasons,Their presence has greatly affected the unit's economy and safety?In this paper,the basic knowledge of vibration was briefly introduced.;The vibration monitoring of vibration monitoring methods were put forward.The vibration data analysis,evaluation criteria and diagnostic procedures are described one by one;And the vibration failure of #1 turbo-generator unit of Dai Hai Power Plant was studied Turbo-generator vibration fault,according to different fault classification and summary.
