In this paper,the mega kilowatt nuclear power generators,a loop as the analysis object,analyzes the structure and function of reactor coolant system,analysis of functional units and functional components respectively to each subsystem of the system components and parts in accordance with the functional structure of linked,monitoring and analysis of parameters for a loop.Pointed out that the discretization rules index of each equipment monitoring parameters.Based on the analysis on the structure and function,analyzed the main components of a circuit may occur in the function of fault,fault symptom,failure effect and treatment measures in this paper,using FMEA to analyze the whole system,and innovatively introduces the theory of HMM model,realize the evaluation and estimation of system state the monitoring method of parameter estimation by genetic algorithm.Then this paper uses FTA analysis method to find the fault reason to establish fault tree,on the typical fault mode of a loop in the case analysis,given the failure to find out the reasons of failure effect and treatment measures and the formation of a diagnostic report.Based on the above,the paper completed the idea of the overall design of the fault diagnosis system of reactor coolant,the use of expert system as the carrier,to achieve the full-text research integration,and through the analysis of examples demonstrates the complete intelligent diagnosis expert system operation.
