The Research On Evaluation Index Of Village And Village Planning In Hani Terrace Heritage Area

The evaluation index system of village of the first source in Venice’s Charter.Italy,1964,proposed the basic concept of heritage preservation.With the development of the new-type urbanization in China,the evaluation index system of village planning cannot be limited to the past only focus on physical space and heritage protection.It would start from the vital interests of the villagers,and increase the real income of villagers as the fundamental.In the past,all kinds of evaluation index system were used to balance the material space and non-material space of villages.It cannot reflect the village problem directly,finding out the hidden problems of villages and providing effective suggestions for the development.So,the author studies the village evaluation index and planning,and the purpose is to provide reference for the value rationality,economic rationality and mathematical rationality of the village planning.First of all,this thesis expounds the current research on the evaluation index system of village at home and abroad.The main contents include the domestic and international research of village evaluation index system,the development process of village evaluation index,and the dialectical relationship between the evaluation index system and the new-type urbanization in China.Second,taking the Amengkong administrative village as an example,and construction of the evaluation index with common problems of 82 villages in the area of terrace heritage,From the 3 aspects,development quality,sustainable development and coordinated development of urban and rural areas,this thesis aims to build a relatively perfect indicator system of Hani terrace heritage area.Third,according to Z-Score and Measures of Dispersion in economically,thesis removes the data units,predigest the data,and construct the village evaluation index system.Based on Coefficient of Variance,thesis analyzes all kinds of explicit and implicit problems in village development,and provide mathematical basis for the rationality of village planning.Fourth.Through the evaluation index system.thesis takes a horizontal evaluation in Amengkong administrative village and under the jurisdiction of natural village,summarize the characteristics of villages and planning suggestions.Finally,Combining village planning.thesis finds village problems and provide solutions.and make research and evaluation at the same time.
