With the rapid development of China's national economy,residents living and consumption levels continue to improve at the same time,also caused the excessive consumption of natural mineral energy and living environment of serious pollution.In the context of supply-side reform,the development and utilization of renewable clean energy has become an important way to effectively reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy and protect the environment.Yunnan is a large agricultural province,75%of the national income,70%of the fiscal revenue,60%of the foreign exchange earnings and 80%of the light industrial raw materials directly or indirectly from agriculture.Yunnan natural conditions are obvious differences,with unique geographical,climate advantages,a wide range of plant crops,excellent quality,and has a wealth of biomass straw resources.Therefore,research and development and effective use of biomass straw resources to promote the sustainable development of our province has a significant and far-reaching practical significance.Most of the renewable biomass straw can be used in the form of fuel for the second comprehensive utilization,and effectively replace the traditional non-renewable type of mineral energy.To become a high-quality fuel,pre-crushing treatment is essential! Therefore,it is very important to study the technology of biomass straw straw crushing process and grasp the technology and equipment of straw smashing on the basis of grasping the physical properties of biomass straw.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,I conducted a field investigation on the distribution and treatment status of biomass straw in Yunnan Province,and reviewed a large number of relevant literatures,and reviewed the development of the field.Secondly,the physical and chemical composition characteristics of the main straw were analyzed,and the main methods of crushing the material were also analyzed.Finally,the appropriate crushing method was determined.On this basis,the dynamic model of straw crushing was established.The impact of straw on the straw,and the maximum impact force of the crushing chamber.Afterwards,On the basis of the existing conventional pulverizer,the key structure and important structure of the developed straw mill's rotor assembly,chopper mechanism,feed port,crushing chamber,hammer sieve clearance,spindle speed,shredder overall structure and so on Parameters to carefully study,to determine the specific parameters of the various components and size,and the use of Solidedge on the key components and the whole three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly.Fourthly,the whole process of the rotor assembly from the start-up to the stable operation is studied by using Adams to simulate the rotor assembly of the pulverizer.The results show that the rotor core velocity is small and the operation is smooth and the bearings at both ends of the spindle are in good condition,The overall structure in line with the conditions of dynamic equilibrium.Finally,the dynamic state of the turntable in the material and the non-material state is calculated theoretically,and the interaction force between the turntable and the pin during the operation period is given.Through the ANSYS simulation tool,the stress and strain state of each pin hole of the rotary disk is analyzed and calculated in the state of no-load(material),and the rationality of the design of the straw grinder is further verified.
