The Planning of distribution network is the basis and important guideline of distribution network construction.According to the actual situation of power grid of somewhere in Gansu.This paper made the distribution network planning which try to adapt to the local situation of economy,society and environment in this district.The planning will have a great significance in solving the problem of distribution network development,accelerating the construction of modern distribution network,improving the quality in distribution network planning and and the lean management,and gurantee the reliability of power supply in distribution network.This paper adopted a grid-based distribution network planning method.Firstly,according to the review and analysis of the economic and social development goals as well as the distribution network state in this district,combined with the principles and objectives of distribution network planning,this district is divided into 6 big districts and 15 small districts.The grid is then further divided and classified on the basis of the land property and the development depth.Then,the load density index is determined by collecting and analyzing a large number of samples of various industry load.According to volume ratio of the planned land,the spatial layout load forecasting based on grid partition is carried out and the corresponding saturation load of 720.8MW is determined.Finally,the 110 k V distribution network,10 k V distribution network,distribution automation and cable channels are planned according to the planning objectives and principles.The budget and effect analysis are carried out.The continuous input of the power grid will bring good social and economic benefits,and lay a solid foundation for the rapid development of the regional economy and society,as well as the sustainable profitability of the electric power enterprises.
