| With the large-scale use of new energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power,in order to ensure the safe operation of the power grid,it is of great significance to participate in peak load regulation of thermal power units.Northwest energy regulatory authority in 2015 to amend and release the two rules clearly stipulates the participation of peak regulation,regulation of AGC units,AVC quality requirements.In order to further improve the quality of regulation,improve the economic operation of the unit and in the "two rules" in the competition,this paper studies the improved scheme of AVC system and application scheme of AGC system optimization based on the actual operation of the thermal power unit.Based on the interpretation of the "two rules" assessment and compensation management,this paper analyzes the problems and problems existing in the AGC and AVC assessment indicators,and establishes the database.In the AGC system optimization of coordinated control strategy in control system optimization,to test the regulation of important parameters setting,and constantly improve the response ability of AGC unit load instruction,coordinated gradually improve the regulating quality of the system,a AGC control model suitable for the actual production,to meet the AGC system of "two regulations" assessment standards.The setting value of AVC system in the application will be through the field test to determine the machine parameters,and through the actual operation optimization and adjustment,in order to achieve the best operating conditions,the maximum to meet standard requirements.Through the use of performance optimization and AVC system of AGC system successfully,to establish safety and economy combination,to achieve the optimal AGC,AVC control model,implementation and application of the performance optimization scheme and test measures of unit 1 and 2in Chongxin Power Companyare feasible,effective and comprehensive.At the same time to meet the peak load regulation,but also to achieve a substantial increase in the economic operation of the unit,and the unit AGC and AVC operating indicators in Gansu 660 MW power plant is also in the lead. |
