Study Of The Distribution System Planning Method Considering Distributed Generation Resource Connection

As the development and application of distributed generation in the actual distribution network are becoming more and more widely,distributed generation has important influence on the safe and stable operation of distribution system.Distributed generation makes the radial distribution network become a more power supply network,thus establishing load forecasting model with distributed generation and distribution network planning scheme are of great significance to improve the system load forecasting accuracy and Standardize the grid-connected distributed.This paper studies the method of distribution system planning based on distributed generation access,the main work is as follows:(1)The model of distributed generation structure and the mathematical description are analyzed,which provide the theoretical foundation for distribution system planning with distributed generation connected.(2)Combined with Chiping historical load data,the distributed power system load forecasting scheme is studied.Establishes a gray model to predict the total load,clustering algorithm is used to build cellular attribute set,power supply area load and applied method of cellular automata in load forecasting method of spatial load forecasting.This paper established a load forecasting method combined gray model to predict the total load with clustering algorithm and trend to predict load spatial distribution.And then,a long-term forecast of Chiping loads is made.(3)This paper proposes a distribution system planning method,which expands from distributed power points planning to network coordination planning.The final solutions of distributed power points planning and substation expansion planning is obtained through genetic algorithm optimization,which is applied to the vision of Chiping distribution system planning.In this paper,the access of the distributed power distribution network planning method is studied.Effective load forecasting model is put forward.And on this basis,a reasonable method of distribution network planning are obtained through the optimization.
