| Recent years,with the sustained and rapid development of domestic economy,advanced concepts such as smart grid and intelligent energy arises quikly.Traditional manual method to record the residents’ consumption of water,electricity and gas not only has been unable to meet the needs of the majority of users,but also restrained the operational effectiveness of public service enterprises.As a result,the integration of all kinds of meter and the remote automatic collection of resource consumption has become a new trend.Through the application of smart energy meter,State Grid Corporation accelerates the four-in-one collection of energy consumption.The study of four-in-one meter program is of great significance to accelerate the realization of the four-in-one collection and support the construction of intelligent city.In this paper,the four-in-one collection schemes of Luquan District in Shijiazhuang are studied.First of all,summaring and analying the domestic and abroad research results and policies of four-in-one meter,assess it’sconpositin and communication system,and propose the general requirements of four-in-one collection system on the basis of these research.Upgrading of the wireless module,replacing the dual-mode module,increasing the communication interface converter are also summarised as three typical scheme.On the basis of the typical design schemes,two kinds of construction program suitable for the construction of Luquan District are put forward and applied to the actual construction of pilot,which has achieved great economic and social benefits. |
