| The current construction industry entered a stage of rapid development,along with the development of society and economy,building form took place huge change,high-rise buildings,large volume,abnormal body building and so on emerge in endlessly,high-altitude cantilever modelling is one of the more common architectural form,in view of the cantilever modelling tended to be high,and cantilever span is big,then there is the increase of construction difficulty,ordinary construction technology can’t meet the demand of practical engineering,which requires for the corresponding project summary optimize the process,choose the safe and reliable construction platform is to ensure the safe production and the key to successfully finish construction task.On the basis of a large number of engineering applications of the overhanging scaffold system,this paper takes the roof overhanging curtain wall modeling construction of a project as the research object,studies and analyzes the development history and application status of the overhanging scaffold,the mechanical properties of the overhanging scaffold and its design calculation method.This paper compares the solutions of the construction platform of roof cantilever,compares them in safety,economy and feasibility,and finally selects the technical scheme of the construction platform of cantilever section steel.Detailed structural design and load analysis are carried out for the construction platform of cantilevered section steel,the stress of each node is calculated,the stability of the main structure is checked,and the technical scheme meets the requirements of relevant specifications.From the aspects of construction deployment,construction technology,technical measures,quality measures,safety measures and steel structure hoisting,the construction platform technology of cantilevered section steel is systematically studied.Numerical analysis was carried out on the cantilever steel construction platform in the case by means of finite element analysis software.The model was established by using three-dimensional linear bar element,rigid joints were adopted for the joints between the bars,and hinge points were adopted for the connection between the construction platform and the main body of the building.Combined with the theoretical results,finite element analysis and real-time monitoring data of construction process,it provides reference value for the design of similar cantilever construction platform.Cantilever section steel construction platform technology simplifies the construction process,shortens the construction period,effectively completes the roof cantilever shape decoration construction,and controls the deflection to meet the standard requirements,safe production without accidents,has achieved the goal of safety management.At the same time,it is also an innovation and improvement of cantilevered scaffold system,which provides reference experience for similar construction. |
