China’s construction of the rapid development of civil engineering constructionfield, the modern technology level change rapidly, China’s construction technology hasbeen able to build world-class super high-rise buildings, large span bridge, the novelstructure of public buildings in China, the same construction management also reachedthe world ’s advanced large construction enterprises level. Construction organizationdesign is the main basis of construction management, general large-scale engineeringconstruction technology is complex, and the difficulty is big, the reasonableconstruction organization design will be helpful for engineering coordinate time, qualityand cost.In this paper the optimizing of construction organization design of the mainconclusions are as follows:1. In the construction design to promote the application of information technologywill greatly improve the preparation method.2. Use of network plans to adjust the construction design, the key is to determinethe time parameters and the critical path, critical path and to adjust the duration of thework. Duration of the preparation of the cost of optimization is the basis for a goodconstruction design. Program through the network can be cost effectively optimize theduration, but also to be followed to ensure project quality, compression and resources,low-key work rate in order to achieve safe, reliable, economical and reasonableprinciples.3. Bridge and culvert construction time and construction sequence of thearrangement should be considered with the other buildings near the bridge and culvertconstruction coordination. In short, bridge and culvert construction sequence of theabove conditions should be integrated, co-ordinate arrangements to achieve theguarantee period, to ensure the quality and safety, reduce the cost of the projectpurposes.4. Construction layout should be combined with a detailed analysis of specific siteconditions, only a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding environment,combined with the characteristics of the project, to design a suitable layout plan ofconstruction.5. Construction program optimization, schedule optimization,construction plane to optimize the integrated use of the evaluation of construction design optimization.The use of optimization theory research, the South Stream Yangtze River Bridgesuspension bridge superstructure and substructure construction design optimization.
