According to investigate, on the interface between concrete bridge deck and the asphalt overlay, the anti- shear strength shortage result of processing disease to harm severity. Not only hindered normal transportation, lowered the service level of bridge, give maintain work to bring very difficulty. At the same time it influences bridge of beauty, and may be result of traffic accident at severity. Combined concrete bridge deck of asphalt overlay material and construction technique research topic for the freeway of BaiLuo, this paper is about the research on shear experiment of interface between concrete bridge deck and the asphalt overlay.Firstly, this paper introduces the concrete bridge deck overlay the currently of the disease circumstance. Bridge deck overlay design unreasonable, construction craft and organization not achieved, overload vehicle to go through, maintain not in time, and parts of the technical specification outdate, all of this are the result of deck overlay damage. The waterproof-adhensive layer damage of shear is the main failure type, and is also a kind of special failure type of the concrete bridge deck overlay.Secondly, as the simplification model by the flexibility layer, this paper adoption the BISAR procedure main calculates the bottom of the waterproof-adhensive layer the biggest shear stress regulation. With the up of temperature, the lower of load frequency, the decrease of dynamic modulus, the reduce of deck overlay thickness thin, the lower of layers combine appearance, and the traffic overload will cause the biggest shear stress enlarge.Thirdly, this paper puts forward a method of the interfcae shear experiment according to portable shear apparatus, and the anti-shear strength is the evaluation index.By the orthogonal tests, the order of the various factors are obtained according to which they could affect the shear strength of the interface. The order is as follows: B the interface processing > A the gradation of overlay asphalt mixture > C the waterproof-adhensive layer material category > A×B the interaction with gradation and interface processing, but another two factors the interaction can neglect. Different interface processing the effect anti-shear strength in proper order is as follows: embedded stone > horizontal pull slot > 45 degrees be inclined to pull slot>lengthways pull slot > the original shape be smooth. Along with structure depth increment the anti-shear strength immediately increases, but excessiveness rough would to bridge deck watertightness result in disadvantageous. Moreover, this paper discusses different experiment temperature and perpendicular pressure the interface of the anti- shear strength of variety regulation.Finally, according to the structure of interface failure types, the structure of interface system is for the bituminous concrete asphalt film, the waterproof-adhensive layer, bridge deck interface constitute of unify whole. In the end this paper proposes some reasonable advices to improve the anti- shear performance between concrete bridge deck and the asphalt overlay.
