To meet the needs of large-scale, information, intelligence of the power regulation system which adapt to the development of the national economy, and the requirements of the Belt and Road initiative economic development strategy, and based on distribution network development plan of Baotou area, the project of Baotou Power Supply Bureau grid control integration is established. The project has practical significance to improve the automation level of the regional power grid, the information processing capacity, the operation and management etc.This paper elaborates the overall situation and development trend of Baotou Power Supply Bureau distribution. According to the running control integration system problems which are hardware aging, front-end system access capacity inadequacies, data storage redundancy smaller and network analysis applications faultiness, the design scheme and technical implementation method of the basic functions is completed by following the relevant standards and regulations promulgated by the state and the State Grid Corporation.According to the regional development plan,the amount of access system information and collection points is determined. Based on the basic model of network and the bus loop power law, power flow calculation using normal method is derived.Using Client/Server model, hardware configuration on the server workstation and other equipments as the main body is constructed, the pre-processing, data management and user interface subsystem are improved, Based on the original CC-2000 control integration system platform, the design of SCADA system, database management system is completed, and the software that has the function of network modeling, network topology, state estimation, and static security analysis is developed.Through the actual operation of the system, the major features and performance of centralized monitoring, wind power monitoring, system maintenance respectively were analyzed and evaluated. Its operating functions and results meet the design requirements, and enhance the regional power grid control integration technical management level.
