Along with the growth of our national economy,high-rise buildings also develop towards the trend with multi-function and complicated modelling design,which also promotes the improvement of the construction of civil engineering technology.In engineering construction,more high formwork support system is used to make the cast-in-place concrete structures,which requires enough attention.The steel pipe scaffold racks are often seen in the high mode support system.But the modulus stability problem still plagues the construction progress.High formwork support system is different from ordinary template,which has its own characteristics.The current construction technology has few relevant measures on the high formwork engineering specification and construction procedures,especially on the specification for construction of steel tubular scaffold support system and the design of the frame body.As to the depth of the diagonal of the frame body,there are only a few relevant construction measures.Construction in most cases is based on engineering experience.In addition,inadequate conderation on construction management,design calculation and foundation sinking into consideration causes t the collapse of the major security due to the instability.Therefore,a key problem in the construction technology is to make sure the high mode instability failure does not occur.This article will first make theoretical research on high modulus system,and then do the finite element analysis,and finally analyze by combining with the engineering case.The main contents is as follows::(1)the combing research status at home and abroad,especially about the template scaffold and fastener type steel pipe scaffold engineering research,on the other hand,it also simply expounds the cause of high template fastener type steel tube damage characteristics and the reason of its instability.(2)combination of compressive bar stability principle and euler's formula of axial compression bar,the theoretical calculation methods of the system of high modulus is obtained.(3)Analysis on node stiffness,horizontal loads and highly changes impact on the stability of the supporting system combining with finite element software analysis.(4)according to some engineering examples,calculate and analyze from high mould construction requirements,construction preparation,the support construction deployment and security management.(5)analysis of various structural measures on the effect of thestability of the support system for high modulus;And in the actual operation,in order to ensure the safety of construction people shall comply with the standard procedures strictly implement and use effective measures actively.
