Stability Study Of Support Formwork In Consideration Of The Superstructure On Construction

The formwork supports system played a crucial role through whole construction process. The whole process included concrete linings placed、concrete structures were cured and then till concrete structures can work independently. The formwork supports system was an indispensable component in the engineering construction which it’s safe or not directly related to the success or failure of project construction. With the development of the economy and constant progress of science and technology, large-span steel structure for buildings is widely applied. Because of as a temporary construction structure, the formwork supports system was not treated as main structure, collapse of high formwork supporting system took place frequently, Therefore, study on the reliability analysis and safety evaluation of high formwork that to make sure its safety which has important theoretic and Practice meanings. The major contents of this work can be summarized as follows:1． As to testing, totally3original scale models of there-storey framework structure are adopted. Mechanical performance of concrete structure working together with formwork supports system during construction has been studied. And what effect would that have on the concrete structure because of form release time was advanced was also obtained by using different the construction period.2． As to theoretical analysis, some numerical simulations and parameter analyses are made in FEM software. Comparative tests are conducted on the oblique pole and lateral load. the influence of these parameters on the load-carrying properties of scaffold was analyzed.3． As to field measurement. Some referential conclusions were drawn based on the test data of a hospital in Wuzhong Suzhou project. The optimization of template support was given.4．Finally, through contrastive analyses of the theoretical analysis、experimental study and test data, some research results about mechanical performance of concrete structure working together with formwork supports system during construction was drawn. And some optimizations template support was given.
