| The automatic control system for shore power to ship refers to the control system that shore power takes the place of ship power when ship reached on ports.The automatic control system for shore power to ship can provide safe,reliable and high quality power to ship.It can stop the operation of the marine generator,and maximum range to reduce environmental pollution.This paper is aimed at the automatic control system for shore power to ship with PLC Siemens S7-1200 model as the controller designed and developed the core control unit for shore power to ship.Besides these,the paper elaborates the main functional design of the automatic control system for shore power to ship.The core control unit detects real time parameters from marine generator and shore power grid.After collecting,handling and judging,the core control unit can automatically take appropriate measures to deal with all kinds of problems may occur during operation of the automatic control system for shore power to ship.It can ensure the automatic control system for shore power to ship’s smooth,steady and efficient operation.The core control unit of automatic control system for shore power to ship has the visual human-computer interaction and monitoring capabilities,automatic parallel operation of shore power and marine generator,control function of load automatic transfer between shore power and marine generator and the function of parallel off.Thus the core control unit can make a seamless connection between shore power and marine generator.The core control unit of automatic control system for shore power to ship is debugged based on the platform of the marine physical simulation power station in the marine power station laboratory of Dalian Maritime University.Not only can the core control unit of automatic control system for shore power to ship run stably and reliably and accomplish all the scheduled tasks in the laboratory environment,but also its control effects are excellent. |
