With the improvement of the power system voltage level and the automation level,the network structure of power system becomes more and more complex.Reactive power distributed unreasonable will lead to serious shortage of reactive power in local areas,and the voltage level become lower then other areas,even though cause the power system collapse.So,reactive power distribution reasonable is very important for power quality and power supply reliability.It is necessary to carry out reactive power compensation in the presence of uneven distribution of reactive power in the power grid.To this end,this paper designs a hybrid control type reactor reactive power compensation device,through reasonable combination of the control winding,change the output value of the reactance reactor to compensate the inductive and capacitive reactive power effectively which on the power grid,.First,this paper introduces the influence of reactive power theory to the grid and the appearance of reactive power,and from the principle of various existing reactive compensation device,summed up the inadequacies of the existing device,it needs a new reactive power compensation device to compensate for the defects of the existing device conclusion.Secondly,based on the research of controllable reactor at home and abroad,the structure,working principle and advantages and disadvantages of the existing controllable reactors are analyzed.Then the working principle for reactive power theory and reactive power compensation device and a controllable reactor,this paper proposes a hybrid controller type reactor reactive power compensation device,the device of reactive power grid in the presence of rapid,accurate and effective compensation.Then the working principle and the compensation characteristics of the device are analyzed,and the simulation platform is built by using the Simulink platform of MATLAB software.By changing the reactive power of the power system in the simulation model,the working condition of the regulating winding in the reactive power compensation device of the hybrid control reactor is monitored.Finally,this paper summarizes the description of mixed type reactor reactive power compensation device,analyzes the advantages of this device,and also pointed out the inadequacies,for the following further study on hybrid control of reactor type reactive power compensation device indicates the direction of the work.
