There are many strategies to improve power quality in power system and reasonable and efficient harmonic suppression and compensation strategies are the focus of this paper.Active power filter(APF)and static var compensation(SVC)play an important role in suppressing harmonics and compensating reactive power.Combine APF with SVC,based on the stability of the comprehensive compensation system,the ultimate goal is to generate compensation current for harmonic and reactive power,thus the current is equal to voltage in phase,and the whole system can restrain harmonic and compensation reactive power better.The strategies include:The load of harmonic and reactive power in power system has much disturbance to the whole system.Therefore,a comprehensive compensation system of TCR+FC type SVC and parallel APF is proposed.TCR is composed by two anti-parallel thyristors and a reactor in series,and then parallel in the capacitor at both ends,its main role is to adjust the reactive power.The main purpose of APF is to improve the speed and accuracy of the dynamic compensation.APF is also used to improve the filtering characteristics and suppress the possibility of resonance among TCR and power supply impedance.Then the control methods and detection algorithm of the whole system are studied.The improved ip-iq method is used to detect harmonic and reactive current.The interaction between SVC and APF is overcome,and the accurate k harmonic current is detected.With the control of the hysteresis current of fuzzy control,the tracking control of the command current is realized,and the PWM signal controlling the main circuit is generated.The command power flow through the calculation can be compensated for the electricity,and then the control of the thyristor can be controlled by the check table to get the pulse signal of TCR.In the context of MATLAB/Simulink,the APF and SVC integrated compensation system is based on simulation,and it sets up an experimental platform for integrated system,the results show that the lateral current distortion rate of the power grid is only 2.13%,and the power factor is equal to 1,and it tests the feasibility and capability of harmonics in the integrated compensation system.
