Abstract/Summary:
Vehicle-road system,friction plays a very important role.Whether traveling or during braking,and both vehicles are produced by the effect of friction between the wheels and the road surface.However,the relationship between geological structures,Yunnan province lacking asphalt pavement surface can be used for better wear resistance and skid basalt rock,but the limestone was weaker against sliding wear everywhere.So,to find a way to pitch for scientific research and experimental program of local limestone and basalt aggregate and science mix with each other mixed design mix asphalt surface method is necessary.First of all,at home and abroad to study the performance of asphalt pavement skid adequate research instruments,learn from the successful experience of the case,one developed to simulate actual road surface temperature,dry and wet conditions and other external environment,the aggregate or asphalt specimen accelerated wear test load and measuring the polished specimen surface friction asphalt friction characteristics tester.Proposed to study the interaction skid layer doped aggregate,skid abrasion resistance test method based on a mix tester and coarse aggregate use preferred method.Secondly,Long Rui highway projects of local limestone and basalt study material properties set,and with the accelerated load tester independently developed,using the preferred method of blending aggregate after the study group against sliding wear.The results showed that with the decrease of basat incorporation,crushing value,polished value,wear value index blending each group were significantly decreased.By blending each group wear polished linear fit experimental data,and compare the value of K,obtain better wear resistance against sliding aggregate blending group 0.764-group and the 0.618-group.Then,the article six groups According to a preferred method ofblending were mix design,and the use of accelerated load tester for each group of specimens doped with research skid abrasion performance.Found decreases with increasing content of basalt or test temperature,asphalt skid wear overall downward trend.And with the continued abrasion test,μ each blending groups’ values change with time curve of the overall presentation of anti "S" type.By blending each group polished linear fit wear test data,combined with the previous aggregate performance study,obtained preferably Long Rui Expressway Asphalt Pavement skid surface layer blending program is 0.764 or 0.618 blending method.Finally,the case-Swiss research project near the stones factory and material sources for different programs blending mix design carried out economic analysis.Blending in different programs,you can choose a good long-term anti-sliding wear resistance but higher economic approach blending blending design,so select 0.618 blending method is the best blending program.
