The development of road construction in China has gradually changed from a golden period of building a large number of highways to a relatively stable period of highway maintenance.China produces a huge amount of recycled asphalt pavement material every year.The pavement made of recycled asphalt pavement material after special treatment for road construction is called recycled asphalt pavement.Paving recycled asphalt pavement can realize the recycling of resources and achieve the purpose of saving resources and protecting the environment.At present,recycled asphalt pavement has not been widely used in China,and there are few studies on the long-term performance of recycled asphalt pavement.Therefore,this paper USES ALT,a large acceleration loading device,to simulate the long-term driving load of recycled asphalt pavement and study the long-term performance change rules of recycled asphalt pavement.Based on the shandong traffic science and technology project "study on fatigue performance of hot recycled asphalt mixture based on accelerated loading experiment"(project no.2016B13),this paper studies the micro strain and macro performance of hot recycled asphalt pavement.This paper recycling asphalt pavement material has carried on the analysis and study of science,on the basis of the mixture ratio design of recycled asphalt roadbed,and with the help of provincial highway 222 renewal project laid a long 150 meters of full scale test section,using our self-developed large-scale acceleration loading equipment ALT in load test,through monitoring embedded in the pavement sensor change with time,temperature,compaction times collected data to study the regeneration asphalt pavement in the dynamic response of the accumulated under the wheel load;Through monitoring the change of rutting,friction coefficient and deflection data in the process of accelerating loading with relevant instruments,the evolution law of pavement performance of recycled asphalt pavement is explored.This paper provides some valuable experiencefor the design and construction of hot recycled asphalt pavement,provides some data basis for the development of hot recycled asphalt pavement technology,and can promote the application and promotion of hot recycled asphalt pavement technology in China to a large extent.
