In China's more provincial roads and most of the rural road network,along the bridge surface are cement concrete pavement,the cement concrete deck surface structure and to improve the anti-skid ability of the groove in 1 to 2 years was worn off,Resulting in traffic safety problems;In addition,under the influence of high and low temperature,the panel will be due to temperature stress and shrinkage and other causes of more diseases,the formation of some small capillary cracks lead to water infiltration makes the bridge internal corrosion.In order to prevent the occurrence of disease,on the basis of the traditional fog layer has been improved,the use of water epoxy emulsified asphalt stone chip sealing technology to cement concrete bridge deck pre-curing treatment to improve the anti-sliding performance of the road and wear performance,The service life of the original cement concrete deck.Compared with the conventional fog sealant,waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt can significantly improve its adhesion,not only can be well attached to the original cement pavement,but also better adhesion of stone chips,the formation of water epoxy Emulsified asphalt chips seal to increase the anti-skid properties and wear resistance.In this paper,the performance of water epoxy emulsified asphalt and its water epoxy emulsified asphalt chips is studied.The work is as follows:First,a large number of literatures were reviewed,and the curing mechanism of emulsified bitumen of water epoxy resin was analyzed.The distribution of waterborne epoxy resin in emulsified asphalt system was observed by fluorescence microscope.The modified emulsified asphalt The results show that the structure of the water-borne emulsified asphalt after curing has a stable three-dimensional cross-linking network structure,which makes the high and low temperature performance and viscosity of modified emulsified asphalt remarkably improved.Secondly,the orthogonal test was used to design the seal layer of water epoxy emulsified asphalt crushed stone.Three key factors were determined as the mixing ratio of emulsified asphalt,the amount of chips released and the ratio of different particle size chips.By measuring the tectonic depth and The friction coefficient of the two indicators of anti-skid performance and characterization of wear resistance performance of 1h load wear value,obtained by different particle size of the mixing ratio is the impact of anti-slip performance and wear resistance of the main factors,and water ring Oxygen emulsified asphalt spray has a great influence on the load wear value,but the effect on the anti-skid performance is not obvious.The influence of the amount of rubble on the performance of these two properties is very limited,not the main factor.Then,the curing time of the waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt chips was analyzed,and the curing temperature and the amount of curing agent were the main factors.In addition,compared with the traditional fog seal layer wear performance and anti-skid performance,obtained water epoxy emulsified asphalt stone chip seal in the two properties of the lifting effect than the traditional fog seal layer significantly.Finally,through the test section paved,summed up the construction process and economic analysis,to prove the feasibility of water epoxy emulsified asphalt chip seal layer,compared to the traditional cement pavement conservation methods,water epoxy emulsified asphalt chip seal With low cost,convenient and flexible construction,resulting in less pollution and other characteristics.
