With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the rapid development of expressway construction,highway maintenance tasks are more and more heavy,highway maintenance work more and more attention received by managers,conservation cost control is one of the most important aspects The To ensure the use of highway performance under the premise of how to better determine the reasonable maintenance costs of the highway,better control of maintenance costs become an urgent need to solve the problem.This paper mainly studies the following aspects.First of all,the current situation of domestic expressway maintenance cost management in Chongqing,Chongqing and the country several representative provinces and cities per kilometer annual average cost of the horizontal comparison,but also in recent years,Chongqing,the maintenance of the vertical Contrast,analysis of the Chongqing highway maintenance costs and cost control level.Secondly,the effects of expressway performance and other indicators on expressway maintenance costs were studied.The daily maintenance costs of 18 freeways were selected as samples.By using SPSS software,the quantitative relationship between various factors and daily maintenance costs was determined and studied.And the relationship between the maintenance performance and the maintenance cost of the expressway is studied.The relationship between the maintenance performance and the maintenance cost of the expressway is studied.Combined with the maintenance cost of 8 typical expressways in Chongqing,Maintenance costs range,the minimum and maintain a certain level of service maintenance costs range from the point of view,the study has been a comprehensive cost of highway maintenance reasonable interval.In addition,this paper combines the interval number approximation method and the Hamming distance theory to construct the reasonable reasonable interval and cost evaluation system of expressway maintenance cost,and provides a complete evaluation method of the maintenance cost level of expressway.Finally,Based on the theory of highway maintenance,the paper analyzes the reasonable range of expressway maintenance cost under different conditions,and studies the control methods of various maintenance costs and some existing maintenance cost control measures.This paper studies that the maintenance costs of expressway in Chongqing are at a moderate level.The factors affecting the maintenance costs of the five major expressways,such as the number of vehicles,the proportion of vehicles(traffic volume),the proportion of bridge tunnels,the number of lanes and the width of roadbed,were determined.Based on these factors,the daily maintenance cost forecasting model was obtained.The reasonable interval value and evaluation method of daily maintenance,preventive maintenance,repair and overhaul maintenance cost make the conservation cost control and evaluation scientifically based.Finally,we study the quantitative control standard of different stages of conservation engineering,and put forward some targeted measures to strengthen the fixed management,improve the personnel team construction and increase the conservation of scientific research.The research results are important for the control of highway maintenance cost significance.
