| Since reform and opening up,China’s road and bridge construction has made vigorous development and remarkable achievements,but with the increasing of traffic volume and axle load,especially the serious overloading phenomenon,brought bridge deck pavement some common early distresses,which has seriously impacted on the traffic service level,reduced the social benefit,even buried safe hidden trouble and also has brought a big challenge for maintenance,caused huge economic loss.The early damage of bridge deck pavement has been decreasing bridge road using function and a barrier of hindering the further development of highway system.Therefore,It is necessary to study on bridge deck pavement design theory and construction technology,combined with the engineering practice to develop a system of bridge deck pavement structure,effective and standardized procedures to guide the design and construction.This paper based on Zhufang bridge in Nanchang to Shangli highway project,has study asphalt pavement system of cement concrete bridge deck systematically.The thesis summarized the general situation of research on cement concrete bridge asphalt pavement both home and abroad in detail,according to the main failure types of asphalt concrete pavement,analyzes the reasons,put forward the prevention and treatment measures.Using Ansys15.0 finite element Analysis software analyses the mechanical properties of surfacing layer of pavement system roundly,considering the factors such as the modulus of pavement materials,pavement thickness influence on pavement stress distribution,the more fully comprehensive understanding of the stress characteristics of the pavement layer to determine the main factors influencing pavement,combining disease research results,proposed control index of bridge deck pavement structure combination design and material selection,refer to asphalt concrete pavement design method and construction technology,puts forward the design method of cement concrete bridge asphalt pavement layer for reference of design and construction of bridge deck pavement. |
