Bridge deck pavement structure is under the reciprocal action including wheel load,girder deformation and environment temperature and other factors for a long time.With the action of complex stress,structural damage of the pavement layer has become one of the main diseases of the highway.That has a strong impact on traffic safety and transportation efficiency,and causes a huge economic losses.In this paper,based on Well between expressway cement concrete bridge construction project,Jiangxi province,with Setting up five consecutive T beam bending bridge whole model,using submodel method considering the various factors which are affecting the pavement stress,a system analysis and research on the stress state of deck pavement were launched to provide the theoretical basis of the structural design of pavement.First,the common diseases types of asphalt pavement layer of cement concrete bridge were summarized,and reasons for which were analyzed,so as to make suggestions on the corresponding control indicators of design of the pavement layer.Second,based on the heat conduction theory,aimed at three adverse temperature conditions—low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature,calculation and analysis on temperature field of the bridge deck pavement were given,and the influence rule of temperature,such as solar radiation and wind speed change on temperature field of the pavement were studied.Third,influence of the whole deformation of the bridge under the traffic load and temperature load on pavement layer was analyzed.And with the submodel method,based on integral analysis,considered the case that surfacing material modulus changing with temperature,and according to the different temperature conditions,the mechanical characteristic of pavement layer under local resultant force of vertical and horizontal loads of the wheel was studied,in addition,the influence rule of bridge longitudinal slope,horizontal force,the material and thickness change of the top and bottom surface of the pavement layer on the pavement stress was also considered.Fourth,based on the thermal elastic mechanics theory,temperature stress of the pavement layer at the conditions of low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature were calculated and analyzed according to the limit state design method,and influence of top and bottom surface thickness on the maximum temperature stress of the pavement layer was also studied.Fifth,based on the analysis of the mechanics of the concrete bridge deck asphalt pavemen,to forecast the control index of the asphalt pavement.And for corresponding control index of general types of bridge deck diseases of Asphalt concrete,submit the structure design method of concrete bridge deck asphalt pavement.
